Blue Jays slugger Edwin Encarnacion is being sued for battery and misrepresentation of the facts by a woman claiming he knowingly gave her multiple STDs. The report says the woman had unprotected sex with the 33-year-old twice in February and contracted the diseases. She is asking for $11.5 million in damages.
