Penny Oleksiak won Canada’s first gold of the 2016 Rio Olympics and her fourth medal of the Games with a tie in the women’s 100m freestyle. Oleksiak is the first Canadian swimmer to win four medals at an Olympic games. Canada’s medal count is now at 7.
