The Porcupine Health Unit has surpassed the 1,000 COVID-19 case mark.
Thirty-eight new cases confirmed today put the running total at 1,010.
Twenty of the new cases are in Timmins. Eleven are on the coast; five in the area between Smooth Rock Falls and Matheson; and one each in the Hearst-Hornepayne area and between Fauquier and Opasatika.
