Christmas season burglary at Cochrane home

Someone posing as a grinch broke into a Cochrane home over the holidays..

Crime Stoppers coordinator Michelle Simard says the burglar or burglars stole several items.

“Like the electric guitar, the amplifier, some jewellery, laptop, all things that might have some either emotional value, or you know, pictures, a laptop usually has pictures or family heirlooms on there, so it’s just valued at over $3,000,” she outlines.

“It happened sometime between December 22nd and 27th.  The family weren’t home.  They were away celebrating Christmas with family members.”

Provincial police encourage anyone who can help identify whoever performed the break-in… to call them or Crime Stoppers.
