The Town of Smooth Rock Falls has new redeveloped website. Economic Development Officer Shannon Piper says the redesign started last fall with help from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Modernization fund.
“Some of the new features include a new community events calendar, a new business directory,” she said. “We have an improved search engine and it’s very user friendly which is important to us.”
Piper says a new website was badly needed.
“Was to improve website experience for the residents and to improve website management for staff,” she said. “The old website was great but it was a little hard to work with for the staff internally.”
