Ontario Provincial Police have arrested a Cochrane youth in connection with a break and enter at a commercial building on Sixth Street in Cochrane in late November.
A 13-year-old who cannot be named due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act is charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under 5,000 and theft under $5,000.
