Next week there will be a slight change in the sessions offered at North Cochrane Addiction Services.

That is according to Addiction Services Counsellor Mike Francoeur, who says they are going to try a motivational interviewing session.

Francoeur says motivational interviewing is all about helping a client achieve their desired change.

Francoeur says the idea is to help people achieve their desired goals and outcomes through self-motivation.

The first session of motivational interviewing will take place Wednesday, June 14th from 10:30am to 11:30am at 29 Byng Avenue.
