More black bears have been spotted in Cochrane, this time near the dog park. MooseFM has received two accounts of black bear sightings either in or near town. If you see a black bear in town, do not approach the animal and notify the MNRF or police. Be sure to keep garbage properly contained and barbecues cleaned, as these can attract unwanted bear visits.
