Emergency fire crews from Moonbeam and Kapuskasing were called to the scene at Gaston’s and spent several hours putting out the fire.  Crews remain on scene today as the Fire Marshall examines the debris and hot spots are further extinguished.  Deputy Fire Chief Pat Kennedy says the cause of the fire is not considered to be suspicious but the estimated damages are around 500-thousand dollars.  The deputy fire chief says they should know the exact cause of the fire within the next couple days.  Nothing remains of the structure.  No one was injured in the blaze.
