A local business in Kapuskasing has put its money where its mouth is in partnering with the OPP to help stop distracted driving.  On Thursday, officers stopped vehicles in the Circle – not to give out tickets – but to hand over free Bluetooth devices which were donated by Spacek’s AVU.  The owner of Spacek’s, Gary Fortin (fore-tahn) says distracted driving is becoming a larger problem.  Kapuskasing’s new Detachment Commander, Mike Pilon was hitting the streets as well handing out the devices.  Pilon says it was the perfect way to kick off the Easter weekend.
