HSN says its Family Advisory Council has narrowed down areas the organization can improve in patient care and services. Co-Chair of the PFAC Nick Dominelli says the council has been listening to feedback for some time. The fields being addressed are wait times, greater data collection for patient treatment, more public input on hiring practices and improved communication in terms of medication side-effects. HSN provides care and services in many communities across the Northeast.
