No girl – or guy, for that matter – should have to miss their high school prom, just because they can’t afford to dress for it.
In Iroquois Falls, Heather Wollan has begun the Cinderella Prom Project. Anyone who needs it will be able to select a used outfit that’s been donated.
“I’ll have costume jewelry, shoes, purses,” says Wollan. “I have a couple suits, hoping for more men’s clothing.”
Wollan’s collecting donations until she’s ready for distribution.

“Right now, we’re trying to get the high school cafeteria, hopefully for the weekend of May 28th.”
You can keep your ensemble as a souvenir, or return it to be used in future years.
