Proceeds of new 50-50 draw to be split four ways, for hospitals and long-term care

The recently created MICS Healthcare Foundation is banking on a monthly online 50-50 draw to raise money for its three hospitals and the redevelopment of South Centennial Manor in Iroquois Falls.

Foundation co-chair Suzanne deLaplante says proceeds will buy equipment for the hospitals in Cochrane, Iroquois Falls and Matheson.  Whatever money the draw makes will be split equally.

“Twenty-five percent for Cochrane, Iroquois Falls and Matheson, their hospitals and then 25% for the South Centennial Manor.”

Tickets are now on sale right here.

deLaplante says the monthly prize is a guaranteed minimum of five-thousand dollars. “The first draw will be May 28th and we have an early bird draw prize of $750.”

Tickets are all being sold online.
