Cochrane has amended by-laws for unrestricted ATV use.  The OPP and the MNR will be conducting patrols to make sure riders are staying safe.  ATV, ORV and UTV riders must have proper licensing, safety equipment and adhere to local by-laws according to police.   Go to cochraneontario.com for more.
