In Shawn MacDonald’s case, that means taking the kids for a canoe ride on Fifth Ave. at Sixth St.“(That’s a) notorious spot that floods when we get a good dumping,” he tells My Cochrane Now Dot Com.A thunderstorm watch was in place when that good dumping occurred.
