(Olympics) Canadian skip Rachel Homan missed a couple of routine shots and lost 9-8 to Denmark earlier today in Women’s curling, dropping Canada to 0-3 in the Olympic tournament. In Men’s figure skating Patrick Chan fell in his short program, and heads into Saturday’s long program in sixth place. Canada currently sits in 3rd place in the medal count with 4 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze.
(NHL) In the NHL last night, the Arizona Coyotes beat the Montreal Canadiens 5-2, it’s the Habs 4th straight loss, Ottawa edged Buffalo 3-2 in OT, Calgary got past Nashville 4-3, San Jose defeated Vancouver 4-1 and Vegas skated to a 4-1 win over Edmonton.
