March Of Dimes First Clinic Of 2018 Sees Solid Turnout

The first specialist clinic of 2018 completed in Cochrane saw a solid community turnout.

The annual March of Dimes which took place on January 26^th in Cochrane saw 122 patients come through Minto Health Centre for the Orthopaedic clinic.

A total of 15 specialists were present during the clinic, all funded by the Ministry of Health alongside United Way and other community donors.

One specialist, Dr. Markku Nousiainen was making this his last visit to the area after 10 years of volunteering for the March of Dimes.

The March of Dimes Northern Clinics Program wanted to thank Dr. Nousiainen for his tireless work over the past decade.

The next visit to Cochrane for the March of Dimes program in 2018 will be February 23^rd.
