The province is investing over 14-million dollars into hospitals in the northeast. Over 20 hospitals will be receiving a piece of the funding. Kirkland Lake, Health Sciences North, and the Sensenbrenner hospital in Kapuskasing will all benefit from the funding. The money is going to go into various projects like fixing roofs, upgrading fire alarms, and buying back-up generators.
