A dump truck roll-over on Mundy Street in Kapuskasing led to power interruption and then a planned outage, for many residents yesterday. Both Northern Ontario Wire and Hydro One customers had to go without power for two hours while crews repaired the damage and cleared the scene. No one was hurt in the roll-over.
