The Toronto Blue Jays season is over. The Cleveland Indians beat Toronto 3-0 yesterday to win the ALCS in five games. Cleveland reliever Andrew Miller was named MVP of the series. In the National league the Cubs thumped the LA Dodgers 10-2. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
The Toronto Maple Leafs blew a 4 goal lead losing 5-4 in overtime to the Winnipeg Jets last night and in the only other game of the night the Detroit Red Wings edged the Ranger 2-1.
