A medical laboratory tech for 32 years who lives in Temiskaming Shores is the winner of the March 50-50 draw by the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation.
Shawn Adams pads his bank account with $138,105.00.
He says it will allow him and his wife Debbie to help out their son a bit more, as he goes through medical school in Australia. A new boat is also in his plans.
Adams says he and his family have needed the district hospital on several occasions.
