A Kapuskasing man has been arrested for robbery.
Police were called to an armed robbery at a convenience store on Riverside Drive at 1:45am Thursday morning.
Officers responding to the call said they found a man with a weapon near the scene and promptly made an arrest.
The 34-year-old man stole money from the register as well as a few items from the store before fleeing.
Police say the man is being charged with armed robbery, carrying a weapon and obstruction of justice.
The OPP say the accused will be held in custody until his court date scheduled for May 19th in Cochrane.
