The second half of the NHL season starts tonight with the Toronto Maple Leafs on the road in Dallas, Montreal hosts Buffalo while the Senators are in Florida.
Last night in the NBA the last-place Dallas Mavericks surprised the Cleveland Cavaliers 104-97 and the Boston Celtics increased their lead to a full game over the Raptors by beating the Detroit Pistons 113-109. Toronto is back in action tonight hosting New Orleans.
