Frederik Andersen notched his second shutout of the season as the Toronto Maple Leafs blanked the Calgary Flames 4-0 last night. Elsewhere Anaheim edged Winnipeg 3-2, Washington thumped Carolina 6-1 and Arizona needed overtime for a 3-2 win over Florida.
The Toronto Raptors will be without DeMar DeRozan when they take on the San Antonio Spurs tonight at the ACC. DeRozan sprained his ankle in a loss against Phoenix on Sunday and will miss at least 2 games. Meanwhile on the courts last night the Spurs crushed Brooklyn 112-86 and New Orleans surprised Cleveland 124-122.
