Subury MP Paul Lefebvre was in Kapuskasing and Cochrane yesterday to deliver an important funding announcement for the two communities. Close to $400,000 has been invested to support agriculture and infrastructure projects in Kapuskasing. Economic Development Officer for the town, Andre Robichaud says part of the funding will be to enhance the operation at the demonstration farm. Â A portion of the funding in Kap will go towards the pool project at the sports palace. The MP also traveled to Cochrane where half a million was invested to establish a multi-modal transportation hub that will help move industrial and consumer goods across the region.
