The Royal Theatre in Kapuskasing is opening its doors to the public this weekend. The recently renovated theatre features a brand new digital projector, updated arm rests for the seats and new washrooms. Owner of the theatre, Garrick Sissons says it’s been a long time coming. Sissons also says until they are able to get the debit and credit machine up and running they will only be taking cash. The first movie they play will be The Secret Life of Pets at 7pm followed by ghostbusters. Sissons hopes to have the new Suicide Squad movie in by next weekend.
