Northeastern OPP detachments are reminding drivers to stay safe on the roads over the long weekend. Police will be out enforcing the big four; impaired and distracted driving, speeding, and seatbelt use. Staff Sergeant of the South Porcupine OPP, Dan Foy, says to be mindful of your personal safety this weekend. He says whether you’re in a car, boat, ATV, or motorcycle, always wear your seatbelt, life jacket, or helmet.
