Town council in Cochrane is looking for a new member.
After six years, Rodney Hoogenhoud has resigned.
Hoogenhoud declined an interview. But in his resignation letter, he says it’s due to personal reasons and circumstances out of his control, and he needs to focus on his family in what he calls “this very difficult period”.
The resignation was effective March 11th.
Whoever replaces Hoogenhoud at the council table will finish out the term until late 2026.
