A traffic stop led to illegal firearm charges for a Val Rita couple. The pair was pulled over in Kapuskasing yesterday morning. Police found the guns and ammo inside their car. They then obtained a search warrant for a Val Rita home and found even more guns with ammo. A 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman are now facing unlawful possession of a firearm charges, and have a court date set for February.
