Yvette and Dan Larabee have been sharing their love of cars since 2018 with Cochrane Ride ‘Em/Show ‘Em. Now they’re branching out from simply showing and talking about cars in the Valumart parking lot to a car show, complete with prizes.
Yvette says they’re teaming up with the 49th Parallel restaurant, hoping to fill Third St. in front of the restaurant with cars, and that similar minded owners come from all over the region.
“The categories that we are going to give trophies and money to is 1985 and below and 1986 and up,” she states. There will be two people’s choice awards.
“The car show is going to be during Summerfest on August the 13th, Larabee adds. “The registration starts at eleven. It will be from one to four.”
