Shotguns and other items stolen in Iroquois Falls break-in

UPDATE JAN. 7: Adds Remington rifle to list of guns stolen.

Someone who lives on Victoria Road in Iroquois Falls started the new year by being the victim of a break, enter and theft.

OPP say it happened sometime between New Year’s Day and the next day.

Taken were three shotguns, described like this:

• two non-restricted Alder Synthetic 12-gauge break action single shot shotguns
• non-restricted Maverick pump action shotgun
• non-restricted Remington 30-06 pump action rifle with a Tasco scope

Some jewellery and backpacks were also stolen.
