Fundraiser Aims to Keep the Iroquois Falls Access Bus Running

A new fundraiser aims to keep a 21-year-old service running.

People in Iroquois Falls are fighting to keep their Access Transit bus service up and running. This service helps the handicapped and elderly get around town.

The Bargain Shop on Cambridge Avenue is hosting a two week long fundraiser to raise money for the service. Starting on Monday you can go to the store and sign a window sticker for $2 donation. The store says all the money will be going towards keeping the bus service running.

The fundraiser will run until August 18th.
