A Whitby man is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous propose after a vehicle was stolen in Matheson. OPP disabled the vehicle with a spike belt about 10 kilometres west of Timmins on Highway 101. In addition to the weapons charge, the 32-year-old is also charged with theft of motor vehicle and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over five thousand dollars.
