(NHL) The red hot Colorado Avalanche won their 10th game in a row beating the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-2 at the ACC last night. In other action Minnesota got past Ottawa 3-1 and Buffalo needed overtime to edge Calgary 2-1.
(Tennis) Six-time champion Novak Djokovic is out of the Australian Open, beaten in the fourth round by Hyeon Chung, a 21-year-old South Korean ranked 58th. Chung will now play Tennys Sandgren, a 97th-ranked American who beat No. 5-seeded Dominic Thiem. On the women’s side Elise Mertens has reached the semifinals after she upset fourth-seeded Elina Svitolina earlier today.
