(NBA) The Toronto Raptors crushed the Sacramento Kings 102-87 for their sixth straight win. Demar DeRozan led the Raps with 25 points.
(NFL) In the NFL yesterday the Buffalo Bills beat the Indianapolis Colts 13-7 in a blizzard, Carolina got past Minnesota 31-24, Detroit edged Tampa bay 24-21, Dallas thumped the Giants 30-10, Philadelphia beat the Rams 43-35 and in the late game the Pittsburgh Steelers wrapped up the AFC North and squeaked past the Ravens 39-38.
(Curling) Kevin Koe defeated Winnipeg’s Mike McEwen 7-6 in the men’s final of the Roar of the Rings while Ottawa’s Rachel Homan beat Calgary’s Chelsea Carey 6-5 in the women’s final earlier in the day as both teams advanced to the 2018 Winter Olympics.
