A Kapuskasing man has been arrested and charged with drug trafficking.
Police made a routine traffic stop on Highway 11 Friday night around 8:30pm near Moonbeam.
After further investigation of the vehicle, officers determined the man driving was in possession of some controlled substances.
Police placed the 21-year-old Kapuskasing man under arrest on charges of drug possession and trafficking.
The OPP seized Marijuana at an estimated street value of $36,000 as well as nearly $400 of drug paraphernalia.
The accused’s driver’s license has been suspended and he is scheduled to appear in Kapuskasing court on August 28th.
