(NHL)  Pittsburgh’s Patric Hornqvist scored the winning goal with less than two minutes left in the third period and Matt Murray made 27 saves for his second consecutive shutout, as the Penguins beat the Nashville Predators 2-0 to win the Stanley Cup for the second year in a row. Sidney Crosby was awarded the Conn Smythe Trophy.

(MLB)  The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Seattle Mariners 4-0 yesterday.  Josh Donaldson homered for the Jays while Jay Happ picked up his first win of the season, Happ allowed six hits but struck out eight. The Blue Jays have today off then open a series at home with Tampa Bay on Tuesday.

(French Open)  Rafael Nadal beat Stan Wawrinka  to win his record-setting 10th French Open title and 15th Grand Slam title to take over sole possession of second place on the all-time list.

(Auto Raqcing)  Lewis Hamilton cruised to his third Canadian Grand Prix victory in a row in Montreal yesterday It’s Hamiltons 56th career win. And in NASCAR Ryan Blaney won the Pocono 400.
