(French Open) Ottawa’s Gabriela Dabrowski became the first Canadian women to win a grand slam title yesterday when she teamed up with India’s Rohan Bopanna to claim the mixed doubles crown at the French Open. Meanwhile in women’s semi-final action yesterday Jelena Ostapenko eliminated Timea Bacsinszky while Simona Halep (haa-lep) defeated Karolina Pliskova.
