The Jumpstart program is giving kids a chance to play organized sports this summer.
Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart Program President Linda Millette says the barbecue will be fundraising for local underprivileged youth so they can participate in sports this summer.
Millette also says what you donate at the barbecue will enter you to win their draw for a hover board, and while there you can enter to win a BBQ that will be drawn on June 30th.
She says she hopes to see the community come out in bunches to help support these underprivileged youth with their hopes of playing organized sports this summer.
The barbecue fundraiser takes place Thursday, June 8th from 11:00am until 3:00pm.
