Kapuskasing will celebrate its third Biker’s Helping Hand Fundraiser event this weekend, as they raise funds for five separate causes of members within the community.
Organizer Sylvie Dalton says when the idea began three short years ago, it was simply all about doing something for a friend in need.
Dalton says she hopes the Kapuskasing community remembers these bikers are also your neighbours and local community members.
She says the fundraiser will go to support five different causes in the community this year, the most they have done to date.
The event takes place Saturday, June 10th at the KC Hall during the day and the Curling Club later on in the night.
