(NBA)  The Toronto Raptors defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 106-100 last night to tie their first round series at a game apiece.  DeMar DeRozan led the Raptors with 23 points. Elsewhere The Chicago Bulls beat Boston 111-97 to take a 2 nothing lead in that series and the LA Clippers tied their series at 1 game each after they ran to a 99-91 win over Utah.

(NHL)  Last night in the NHL the New York Rangers edged Montreal 2-1 to even their first round series at 2 and 2. In other action Columbus staved off elimination with a 5-4 win over Pittsburgh who lead the series 3 games to 1 and San Jose pounded Edmonton 7-0 to notch that series at 2 games apiece.

(MLB)  The Toronto Blue Jays offence finally generated some runs last night, but it still wasn’t enough as they lost 8-7 to the Boston Red Sox. Russell Martin, Ezequiel Carrerra and Justin Smoak homered for Toronto.
