Agriculture in Ontario is on the rise according to Minister of Agriculture Jeff Leal.
Leal helped create the annual Agro-Innovation Awards, to celebrate agricultural success throughout Ontario.
He says Northern Ontario is playing a big role in that success, and even more specifically, Kapuskasing.
He says there are plenty of success stories in the north in agriculture.
