The OPP have arrested two people in connection with a February 15th fraud against a senior citizen. Officers have charged a 56 year old Kapuskasing man with fraud over $5000 and unauthorized possession of a firearm. A 33 year old woman was also arrested and charged with fraud under $5000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5000. Both defendants have been released on a promise to appear and are expected in Kapuskasing court June 5th.
