The OPP have arrested and are charging 69-year-old Edward Essa of Cochrane, Ontario with several sex-related offences stemming from an investigation that began back on January 20th of this year.
Officers say the investigation was looking into a historical assault charge which took place roughly 20 years ago.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing according to James Bay OPP.
