Finding a job in the Northeast could become easier.
The Timmins Economic Development Corporation and the Far Northeast Training Board have worked together to enhance the employment site jobsintimmins.ca. FNETB Executive Director Julie Joncas says people who register to the site will now get notifications every time a job they are interested in gets posted.
Joncas says the website is free for employers and job seekers to use. She adds that the organization has also created employment sites for Cochrane, Kapuskasing, Hearst and more communities in Northeastern Ontario. The website will officially launch on February 22nd.
