A child has lost her life in a crash on Highway 11. The OPP says it happened just before 1:00pm yesterday.
Amanda Huxley, an 11-year-old from Burlington, was driving a snowmobile. She hit a truck as she tried to cross the highway at Pipeline Road south of Iroquois Falls.
Huxley was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
