Health care for seniors in Timmins and the Cochrane Sub Region is about to get a boost.

A specialized geriatric clinic opens tomorrow. The clinic is funding by the NE LHIN.

It’ll give seniors with complex medical issues access to a multi-disciplinary clinical team from the North East Specialized Geriatric Centre. The clinic is at the Timmins Family Health Team.
