SISTERS RUN IN ULTRA-COLD WEATHER

Pamela Tousignant is a Cochranite through a through.  Together with sister Bobbi Kydd, they spend hours each week running the sometimes bitter cold roads around town, training for an event, or just exercising their dogs.  The women sometimes run with other friends too, but rarely run alone.  Of particular note, though, is their commitment to run no matter how cold it might get.  MooseFM caught up with Pam the other day at her home and asked her why we recently saw her running many miles through a minus-twenty-five degree night?  Pam says she started running about ten years ago intending to lose a bit of weight, and it’s just grown on her.  She credits sister Bobbi for introducing her to the running discipline, and says if you’re going to run in ultra-cold weather, it helps to be a bit crazy.
