Police in Sault Ste. Marie have charged a 24-year-old Sault man with second degree murder.  The charge follows the discovery of a 22-year-old man’s body found in a downtown area home early Saturday morning.  Police found the accused at the scene and arrested him.  They say both men knew each other.  Investigators say an altercation between the men led to the death of the other although police haven’t yet determined the cause.  A coroner will try to determine how the 22-year-old died with an autopsy later this week.  Police are keeping the crime scene closed for the next few days so officers can continue to gather evidence.
