The Washington Capitals won their 9th in a row yesterday shutting out Philadelphia 5-0, in other action New Jersey needed overtime for a 2-1 over Vancouver, Minnesota edged Chicago-3-2 and St Louis beat Anaheim 2-1 in OT.
